1. Clean in the box

Storing email accounts as a messy mess can improve your productivity and efficiency. Also, the continuous flow of unwanted emails can disguise and push important emails that are actually relevant and needed attention.

Take steps to stop spam and spam sources, and not just delete them. You can start check-out with legitimate company messages you have not reported or no longer want. If you are not sure about the sender’s legitimacy, decide to mark email as spam and block the sender to prevent future communication.

You can also get excess email from senders who like or need, such as retail marketing, journal or subscription about journalists or confirmation of delivery. You don’t want to log out of these emails, but you may want to delete outdated.

To simplify the procedure, focus on one sender at the same time. For example, look for the newsletter to subscribe to that. If you accounted for them in the received mail, you may choose all of them, perhaps with the exception of the latest edition and delete them massively. Deleting the sender can save you time not to sort through various unrelated emails and deciding one by one.
