5 ways to reset your mindset to stay focused on your goals

We are officially at 4th week Summer form of challengeAnd if you feel your motivation fading or not shot like a week 1, it’s okay!

It is together for motivation to fading, but it is so important to climb it, so you can continue to knock down your goals. There is where Real transformation It happens, not only in your body, but in your thinking.

Here’s the advice on how to reset your way of thinking so you can finish the last few weeks of strong!

1. Divide the mentality “all or nothing”

Missed exercise? Is something that’s not in your plan? Skip steps one day?

That’s okay. Things happen. You are a man.

This challenge is not to be perfect. It is a consistency of construction and rehears, even after return. One day off doesn’t undo all your progress. Giving up. Let the blame continue and continue moving forward.

2 Focus on win without scale

The scale is just one (very small) measure of success. What else moved?

  • Are your energy levels higher?

  • Do you sleep better?

  • Are your craving manageable?

  • Are you stuck up your goals longer than ever before?

These fled. In fact, they are important more. Start following the progress you feel, not just what you see.

3. Audit your “Why”

You started this challenge for a reason. Maybe it was to feel more confident. To increase your energy. Finally to hold a plan.

Take a few minutes today reconnect again with your why. Write it down. Say it out loud. Put it on a sticky note and place it somewhere you will see the rest of this challenge. When motivation fades, your why is it guiding you.

4. Transition from outcomes to identity

Instead of saying “I want to lose weight,” I say “I become someone who represents my health.”

Instead of “I want to be fit,” say “, I’m a kind of woman who doesn’t stop alone.”

Switching the focus with what you want to become strong. This makes your daily habits feel more like who you are instead of what you do.

5. Celebrate how far you have come

You made it at 4th week. It’s a big deal. Most people don’t even take a step and start. But it is. You showed up. And you still appear.

Take a moment and to be proud of that. Then use it as evidence that you can finish this challenge stronger than you started.

Ready for your reset?

Let this be your moment to reset, removing and Continue to push forward. You came too far to stop now. Let’s finish these last weeks with intent, strength and confidence.

You realized this.
