You made it in the last week of our summer in line with the challenge and that’s something for the celebration! Did you knock each unique exercise or miss a few on the road, this is your moment to finish strongly, you feel proud and give everything.
Here 5 tips To help you make the most of 6. Sunday:
Before you dive into the final pressure, take a minute to look back at your hands. How far have you come. You may have built a consistent exercise habit, they improved endurance or healthier food choices. These are victorious, so celebrate them! Recognizing progress boosts motivation and reminds you why you started first.
A little planning goes a long way. Schedule what time you will do your exercises as if they were meetings. Because you would not skip an appointment or appointment if you are too tired, not in the mood, etc..
