Here are three summer high protein recipes, you will look forward to eating at rehearsals.

1. Hot olive oil in a pan on medium heat.
2 Add zucchini and cook for 2-3 minutes until it softens.
3. Pour in white eggs and whole egg.
4. Care gently.

½ cup of water or unsweetened almond milk
1 Siggi’s Coconut Yogurt
Handful of ice
Directions:
1. Connect all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
2 Pour into a glass and top with extra coconut or sliced strawberries if you feel fancy.
