2.21 Friday Faves

Hi friends! Happy Friday! What are you going this weekend? It’s Rodeo Break (It’s AZ thing and I love her), so kids are from school. We only enjoy some Tucson adventures, have fun with friends and enjoying this spring time. Sending a little sun at my friends freezing right now!

I’m working a circle Detox for balance and feeling amazing. I planned to start with our community in January, but everyone else in the house got sick with a cold / virus, so I stopped after one day. I had to transfer my focus on immunity and I could stay healthy as I took care of everyone else.

Now that retirement is almost and things are a little calmer, it was a good opportunity to jump into it 14 days. You can read more about my previous detox articles here. This focuses on high nutrients and a lot fresh, whole food, so it is quite easy to stick to it. (It’s worth mentioning here to skip post days.)

Fashion + beauty + randomly:

Beefsteak! This is one of our favorite local events, and funds support veterans and military families. They have a living auction (it’s auction Tesla this year, which was quite cool!) And quiet auction, delicious dinner (seafood area this year was amaaaazing), drinks. And dancing. I always like the opportunity for lil to get dressed and entertained with pilot and friends.
