10. Use daily reminders

In meditation practice, sometimes the bell is used as a reminder to attract you here and now. Create a list of some things you do multiple times a day and choose one of them to use as your version of meditation ringtone. It could be anything, as long as it’s something you do, just adjust the shade of windows, wash your hands, pour out the glass, check your email. Whenever you find yourself done, take the moment to stop, breathe and simply be present.
